While this month's Telstra Day sales don't include any discounts for Samsung's latest flagship smartphones, they do promise something better: a free Xbox.

Those who take advantage of the deal and pick up either the Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ or Galaxy S22 Ultra on one of Telstra's postpaid mobile plans will score a free 24-month membership to Xbox All Access and an Xbox Series S (valued at $499) at no additional cost.

After your 24 months of Xbox All Access are up, you get to keep the Xbox but Telstra will roll you onto a standard Xbox Game Pass Ultimate standard monthly subscription unless you change or cancel your plan beforehand. Another perk of Xbox Game Pass is Xbox Cloud Gaming, a feature that lets you stream select Xbox games on a huge number of devices, including Samsung Galaxy smartphones. So you could even play the latest Halo on your brand-new Galaxy S22 if you were so inclined.
