Fleabag. It's that TV show you know nothing about but that all your mates won't shut up about. And honestly, your mates are right. It's one of the most unique and darkly comic series to hit our screens in a really long time, and even though it concluded after two seasons, it still managed to snag an impressive six Emmys, a BAFTA and a Golden Globe.

Starring, created and written by the amazingly talented Phoebe Waller-Bridge (and based on her Edinburgh Fringe Festival one-woman play of the same name), Fleabag follows the misadventures of Fleabag, a free-spirited yet angry young woman mooching and sleeping her way through London. One of the most unusual (and refreshing) aspects of the show is its frequent breaking of the fourth wall to deliver asides, monologues and commentary.

How to watch Fleabag in Australia

Option 1: Prime Video

The easiest and simplest way to watch Fleabag in Australia is through Amazon Prime Video. It's the only place you can stream the Amazon original series without actually buying digital copies of each season. At $9.99 per month, it’s a pretty sweet deal and has tons of great original content and new release flicks on offer, some of which (like Fleabag) you can watch in 4K. There's also a generous 30-day free trial, so you could feasibly jump in, watch Fleabag and jump out before being charged. That said, there's a reason why it’s quickly becoming one of the most popular streaming services in Australia, so you may find yourself wanting to hang around.

Option 2: Buy or rent

If you're one of those people who likes to watch and rewatch and rewatch the shows you love, it may be worth digitally downloading both seasons of Fleabag. Currently, the series is available for purchase on Apple TV, Google Play, Microsoft Store, Telstra TV and Fetch from $9.99 per season.
