What are the different types of Swoop Broadband plans?
Swoop Broadband sells NBN plans to those who live in fixed-line and Fixed Wireless areas. There are a couple of Fixed Wireless plans to choose from but a near-comprehensive selection of fixed-line NBN plans for eligible homes.
Typical pricing for Swoop fixed-line NBN plans is more expensive than competitive, but self-reported speeds are among the fastest. If you live in an Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP), Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC), Fibre-to-the-Curb (FTTC), Fibre-to-the-Building (FTTB) or Fibre-to-the-Node (FTTN) home, you should be able to sign up for a Swoop NBN plan. Like most other NBN providers, Swoop Broadband plans have $0 setup fees and no contracts. Outside of this, Swoop also offers Australia-based tech support and a generous two-way referral plan. If a Swoop customer successfully refers a new sign-up, both receive a $15 monthly credit for six months. Swoop doesn’t offer home phone plans, though, and is otherwise light on plan features.

To save money, sign up for a Swoop Broadband NBN plan and use an existing NBN-compatible router or modem-router. Alternatively, pay extra for Swoop’s TP-Link VR400 v3 modem-router.
