Here's every way you can currently get Kayo for cheap in Australia.
Kayo Deals: How to save up to $16 per month on Kayo Sports
Foxtel's streaming spin-off Kayo has become the premiere destination to catch over 50 live sports on-demand. While it doesn't come with the lock-in contracts of yesteryear, at $25 or $35 per month it's more expensive than your typical streaming service. Thankfully, you can try it at a heavily discounted rate for the first month, or score an ongoing discount if you bundle Kayo with Netflix via Hubbl.
- : 1 month for $1
- : Kayo + Netflix bundle
- : Stream select sports on Kayo for free
- : 14-day free trial for Telstra mobile or internet

Kayo deal for new customers
Kayo Sports no longer offers a free trial to new customers but you can still try it for cheap. Every new customer will only pay $1 for the first month of Kayo Sports, regardless of whether you've chosen the $25 Kayo One plan or the $35 Kayo Basic plan.

Kayo + Netflix bundle for Hubbl customers

Kayo's parent company Hubbl (a Foxtel subsidiary) sells its own hardware, the Hubbl Hub streaming box and the Hubbl Glass Smart TV. One of the perks to buying a Hubbl device is a suite of discounts and streaming conveniences, like Stack & Save, a way to save money with multiple streaming services, and Single View billing, a dashboard for all your streaming subscriptions.
One another perk is a unique Kayo deal for Netflix subscribers. If you subscribe to both Netflix and Kayo through a Hubbl device, you can save up to $16 per month.
Here are the three Kayo + Netflix bundles available to Hubbl customers:
- Netflix Standard w/ Ads + Kayo One HD: $25 per month for 12 months (save $7.99 per month)
- Netflix Standard + Kayo One HD: $36 per month for 12 months (save $7.99 per month)
- Netflix Premium + Kayo Basic 4K: $45 per month for 12 months (save $15.99 per month)
Kayo Freebies
Kayo doesn't offer a free trial but you can stream some of Kayo for free.
Freebies is a completely free version of Kayo Sport that offers a smaller selection of sports content with all of the same premium features that Kayo offers, like SplitView and Key Moments.
All you need to do is sign up with your email address to access Kayo Freebies. No payment details are needed.
There's a decent selection of free replays, commentary and documentaries available with Freebies, including recent NBL and Women's National Cricket League (WNCL) Matches, plus extended World Surfing League features from 2024's Fiji Open. And that's barely scratching the surface.
Kayo deals for Telstra customers
Telstra's Kayo deal doesn't offer a discount on the monthly subscription fee but it does offer an extended 14-day free trial and the convenience of including it on your mobile or internet bill with Telstra.
The 14-day free trial of Kayo is available to all residential Telstra mobile and internet customers. If you don't cancel before your 14-day trial is up, you will be charged either $25 or $35 (depending on your chosen Kayo plan) on your next Telstra bill.
