Not quite sold on the Google's next budget-friendly Pixel phone? Optus is looking to tempt you with the opportunity to save on last year's stock instead.
Announced as part of the carrier's latest salvo of "Epic Deals", Optus is now selling last year's Google Pixel 9 Pro for $750 less than the usual price. This discount applies equally to both the 128GB and 256GB versions of the device and takes the form of a discount on the usual handset fees. Where you'd otherwise be paying $47.18 per month for the Pixel 9 Pro on a 36-month plan through Optus, you're now looking at just $26.34 per month.
Stick with Optus for the full term, those monthly savings will add up to $750 off the recommended retail price for the device. However, if you leave early, you'll forfeit the discount and have to pay whatever sum remains.
Naturally though, the only way to take advantage of this deal is to pair your new-ish Pixel phone of choice up with one of Optus' mobile plans. If you want to push the costs down even further, you can always opt for a longer 36-month plan rather than a 24-month one.
If that's the case, then be sure to take a look at the widget below for a snapshot of the cheapest Pixel 9 Pro plans currently available through Optus.
