You can access international roaming with any one of Belong’s SIM-only mobile plans, seen below.

Our relationships with telcos
We have commercial agreements with some providers in our database. When you click a 'Go to Site' button, we receive a small payment from that brand – this is how we can afford to keep comparing internet and mobile plans. But we still compare and highlight plans we receive no payments for because we believe this helps you find one that best suits your needs.
One of the better ways to access the Telstra mobile network in Australia without paying a Telstra premium is to go with Belong. With a Belong SIM-only plan, you can access the Telstra 5G and 4G networks, plus great perks at home. And if you’re looking to travel overseas, Belong offers a straightforward way to stay connected with - or without - international roaming.
But before we fly into that, check out today’s most popular mobile plans from our comparison engine so you can see how they compare against Belong and its international roaming offering.
How does Belong roaming work?

No, that’s not a typo in the sub-heading: it’s add-on singular. Not international roaming add-ons, plural.
While other mobile providers have multiple international roaming packs and others offer a flat daily rate, Belong takes a different approach with its international roaming add-on. A one-off payment of $30 gets you 3GB of data, unlimited standard SMS, plus 150 call minutes of calls. If you need more than that, you'll have to shell out another $30. Assuming you don’t use up all the calls and data though, Belong’s international roaming will last you 15-days before it expires.
Better yet, you can purchase Belong’s travel pack well in advance of travel because the add-on itself has a 365-day expiry. The 15-day timer only starts when you head to an eligible country, and you can also add another travel pack as needed.
The other big detail to note here is that all Belong customers (except those on the provider's cheapest 1GB plan) get a basic overseas service that lets you receive incoming texts (in select destinations) and make phone calls via WiFi without having to spend a cent. It's not going to sate those who need more connectivity, but it's great to have if you use 2-factor authentication on any of your accounts.
How to use Belong international roaming
Belong international roaming is available to all mobile customers but not those with a data-only plan. The only other main disclaimer is you can’t have any outstanding payments on your mobile account.

What countries are covered by Belong roaming?
Belong international roaming covers 48 eligible destinations, with a few disclaimers.
For example, coverage in India excludes Bihar, Uttar Pradesh East and West Bengal. Meanwhile, if you’re travelling to Guernsey, data is excluded but the travel pack will work for SMS and call minutes.
Belong is currently trialling international roaming in Bulgaria, Estonia, Luxembourg and Romania, so those countries might be covered, too (though it’s not guaranteed).
