Samsung’s popular line of lifestyle TVs are getting a serious upgrade in 2025, with the brand showing off the new Frame Pro at this year’s CES in Las Vegas.

All told, the Samsung Frame Pro is very much what it sounds like. You get the same picturesque aesthetic of earlier models on the outside and the new NQ4 Gen3 AI processor on the inside. As with the other new Samsung TVs that incorporate this chipset, the Frame Pro is set to offer brighter colors, sharper contrasts and improved local dimming when compared to its more lackadaisical counterpart.

Essentially, if the thing that turned you off the existing Frame TV was that you were missing out on the latest and greatest picture quality that Samsung could offer then this is one for very much for you.

Samsung Wireless Connect Box

If the gains in fidelity are not enough though, the Frame Pro also promises to integrate with Samsung’s new Wireless One Connect box. This upgraded version of the existing One Connect Box can beam content to your TV from as far away as 10 meters. It doesn't let you eliminate cables as you'll still need to power the TV somehow but its a neat step up on what Samsung have done before that puts it the brand in line with LG's Zero Connect Box.

That said, it's a little disappointing that the Wireless One Connect Box can't be bought separately or used with another existing Samsung TV. For now, the input-management accessory is only going to be available with the Frame Pro and Samsung's new flagship QN990F 8K Neo QLED.

In any case, Samsung have confirmed the Frame Pro will be coming to Australia in the first half of 2025. However, for now, pricing is yet to be announced. Stay tuned.
