I've had centurylink for some time now. When I moved they still kept charging to the old address. There is no way to get ahold of anyone and when I try to reset my password it takes me to a page that doesn't have any way to enter any information.

Frequent outages - Customer Service not helpful.
I had to leave Google Fiber Webpass mid-contract due to its increasingly unreliable service. In the first year, the service was solid. But over time, the reliability deteriorated significantly. Evidently we live smack dab in the middle of Internet Hell! Only Starlink or possibly Verizon internet are available in my neighborhood! I'm less than 10 minutes from downtown Denver!

Quantum Fiber is awful!
Do not go with this company!!! We have been trying to use them 8 months and have not had reliable internet that entire time. Their equipment doesn’t work, their wires fell dangerously across the ally behind our house multiple times, and every time you need customer service you have to

Folks in the Mile High City have both T-Mobile’s 5G Home Internet and fiber services available, depending on where you live in the city. Cable provider Xfinity is the most widely available service —from the airport, to downtown, to the University of Denver—and it’s one of the most budget friendly options, with reliable service and a range of affordable plan options.
