Awful
I've had centurylink for some time now. When I moved they still kept charging to the old address. There is no way to get ahold of anyone and when I try to reset my password it takes me to a page that doesn't have any way to enter any information.

Google Fiber Webpass has become unreliable
The reliability of Google Fiber Webpass had become so bad that I left them for another provider mid-contract. My Google Fiber reliability was good the first year, then it became bad. When the outages became very frequent and I started paying attention and documenting the outages, I was having 6

Frequent outages - Customer Service not helpful.
I had to leave Google Fiber Webpass mid-contract due to its increasingly unreliable service. In the first year, the service was solid. But over time, the reliability deteriorated significantly. Once I began monitoring the connection, I found I was experiencing outages roughly every three days. Even brief outages add up

Evidently we live smack dab in the middle of Internet Hell! Only Starlink or possibly Verizon internet are available in my neighborhood! I'm less than 10 minutes from downtown Denver!

Quantum Fiber is awful!
Do not go with this company!!! We have been trying to use them 8 months and have not had reliable internet that entire time. Their equipment doesn’t work, their wires fell dangerously across the ally behind our house multiple times, and every time you need customer service you have to

Best internet providers in Denver, CO

T-Mobile, Xfinity, and Quantum Fiber are the best internet providers in Denver. Folks in the Mile High City have both T-Mobile’s 5G Home Internet and fiber services available, depending on where you live in the city. Cable provider Xfinity is the most widely available service —from the airport, to downtown, to the University of Denver—and it’s one of the most budget friendly options, with reliable service and a range of affordable plan options. Quantum Fiber is a better bet if you can get it on your block because you can’t beat the symmetrical speeds and excellent value of fiber, but T-Mobile is also solid if you need something easy to set up and some perks to go with it.

Best internet deals in Denver, CO

Written by Brenna Elieson. Last updated: September 16, 2025.

The best internet deal I found in Denver, Colorado is a $200 or $300 virtual prepaid Mastercard with a T-Mobile 5G Home Internet plan. I also saw that T-Mobile includes a five-year price guarantee with any T-Mobile 5G Home Internet plan. In a time of price hikes becoming the norm, I'd say that's a pretty good deal.

Denver is in a T-Mobile service area with 99% availability in the city, so most households in the city are eligible for T-Mobile's excellent deals. Plans start at $50 a month, but customers who also have T-Mobile cell phone service can get $15 off each month. Parents participating in government assistance programs with K-12 students may qualify for more perks and discounts—see if you're eligible in our T-Mobile Low-Income Internet Guide.

What I like about T-Mobile is its transparent pricing and no hidden fees. The flat monthly price of your T-Mobile internet bill covers equipment costs and all fees and taxes. T-Mobile also comes with a Price Lock, so no need to worry about price hikes, and the All-In Home plan comes with Hulu and Paramount+ Essential at no extra cost. T-Mobile deals update pretty frequently, so check out this roundup of all T-Mobile internet offers.

Best T-Mobile offer: Get a $200 or $300 virtual prepaid Mastercard with a qualifying T-Mobile internet plan.

T-Mobile 5G Home Internet deals:

  • Five-year price guarantee with any plan
  • $300 virtual Mastercard signing bonus with All-In plan
  • $200 virtual Mastercard signing bonus with Rely plan or Amplified plan
  • Hulu (With Ads) and Paramount+ Essentials subscriptions included with All-In plan
  • $15 discount with T-Mobile cellular plan
  • No equipment costs, fees, and taxes
  • Hulu and Paramount+ Essential included with All-In Home

Xfinity Internet is available to about 99% of Denver, and I found that it comes with a lot of pretty sweet deals, especially when services are combined. With Xfinity's 5-year Price Guarantee, customers can now lock in the price for five years with no price hikes, no data caps, and all equipment included. Internet customers can also add an Unlimited Mobile line for an entire year (for free). Xfinity also offers income-based internet for $14.95–$29.95/month. See if you're eligible with this guide to discounted Xfinity Internet.

Since I can't go without streaming, I was glad to see that Xfinity has deals there, too. You can get a StreamSaver bundle with Netflix, Apple TV+, and Peacock, all for just $15 a month. That’s a $10.97 savings monthly—$131.64 annually. Find more new customer offers in this complete list of Xfinity Internet sign-on deals.

Best Xfinity offer: Get 400Mbps internet with equipment and unlimited data for $55/mo for five years (save $1,400 with a five-year price guarantee) and get a free unlimited mobile line for a year. Expires 09/30/25.

Xfinity Internet deals:

  • 400Mbps internet for $55/mo with a five-year price lock—plus a free unlimited mobile line for one year
  • 5-Year Price Guarantee on Xfinity internet plans
  • One Unlimited Mobile line for 12 months (free)
  • $15 StreamSaver bundle

Quantum is a lesser-known but solid fiber internet provider in Denver, available to around half of the population. I found that it offers a unique perk called the Price for Life guarantee for its fiber internet plans. Once you sign up for Quantum Fiber, your sign-up price is yours to keep unless you leave the service and return. Find more offers in this full breakdown of Quantum Fiber's new customer deals.

I also noticed that Quantum offers an unusual referral program, different from other ones I've seen that just give you bill credits. If you get a friend to sign up as a Quantum Fiber customer, you receive $100 in cash, and the company makes a $10 charitable donation on your behalf.

Quantum Fiber deals:

  • Price for Life guarantee
  • Refer & Earn Program
