Terrible overall service
Not a day goes by that we don't have a problem. Television signal is bad, dvr can't be accessed, or internet is down. Customer service is garbage, they don't listen, and they clearly operate on a script. Their prices are ridiculously high.

If it wasn’t for the service…blah blah
T-Mobile writes the book on customer service. Always going the extra mile. I only wish their service was as reliable. I live in a suburban metro area. Connection is not the issue. Speeds go up and down and theirs always a lot buffering. But it’s not terrible. Especially at that
