How to Sign Up for Visible Wireless

Visible Wireless offers a cheap plan that gets you unlimited talk, text, and data on the country’s best network. And signing up for this great deal is easy.

We’ll go through the process of signing up, step by step. All you’ll need is:

• Your phone or computer
• A method of payment (credit card or PayPal)
• If you plan to keep your existing phone number, you’ll need to know the carrier, account number, PIN or password, and billing zip code for your current phone plan

There are two ways you can sign up, using an app or using a web browser. We’ll start with the app.

If you’ve got a smartphone or tablet handy then the easiest way to sign up for Visible is probably with the company’s app. Here are the simple steps you’ll need to follow.

Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play app store and search for "Visible."

Then download the Visible Phone Service App.

When you open the app, you’ll need to scroll to the right twice and then hit the blue Got it button.

You’ll see two options: Activate my service and Get started.

If you’ve already received a Visible SIM card in the mail from a previous order, then hit Activate my service.

If this is your first time signing up, hit Get started.

If you want to use your existing phone on your new Visible plan, then click Check if my phone works and follow the prompts to enter your phone model.

If you want to buy a new phone when you sign up for Visible, click Shop new phones.

You can choose from a bunch of models, including flagship Apple and Samsung phones (Visible often has some great deals on the newest devices).

After you choose your phone, you’ll be taken to a checkout screen where Visible’s Unlimited Data plan will automatically be included in your shopping cart. Click the blue Continue button to move forward with your purchase.

Next you’ll see a page that says Let’s create your account.

Enter your information on this page and then click Create account.

Fill out the address form on the page that says Where should we send everything?

Then click Continue. (Yes, you probably knew that, but we said this was step by step.)

The next step in signing up for Visible Wireless is to choose a phone number.

If you’d like to keep your current number, then you’ll need to enter the following information in the provided fields:

• your current phone number
• current carrier (i.e., the one you're dumping in favor of Visible)
• account number
• PIN or password
• billing zip code

Visible will use this information to port your current number to your new account.

If, on the other hand, you want to get a new number, click the Wait, I want a new number button at the bottom of the screen.

From here you will be taken to a screen where you can choose the first six digits of your new number.

Note: If you choose to get a new number, some promotional deals may not apply to your purchase.

You’re almost done. Now you just need to choose a payment option—PayPal or credit card.

Click on Set payment method to set it up.

Before you finalize your payment, you’ll want to read and agree to the terms and conditions.

Once you’re ready to proceed, click the blue toggle next to I agree to the Visible Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

This is the last step! Just click the blue Checkout button.

Your SIM card (and phone, if you purchased one) will arrive in the mail soon.

Just follow the instructions that come with your purchase, and you’ll have Visible Wireless phone service at your fingertips!

If you don’t want to sign up using the app, it’s easy to purchase a Visible plan using your web browser. Just follow these easy steps.

Open your browser and go to www.visible.com.

If you want to bring your current phone with you to Visible, then click on the blue Bring your own phone button.

If you want to purchase a new device from the company, then click on Buy a new one.

If you choose to bring your own phone, then follow the instructions to check your phone’s compatibility.

If you want to buy a new phone, then choose the device you want to purchase from the options presented.

After you choose the phone you want (or check the compatibility of your current phone) you’ll be taken to a page that shows your shopping cart. Visible Wireless’s $40 unlimited talk, text, and data plan will already be in the cart.

Just click the blue Continue button.

If you want to purchase a family plan (Visible calls it Party Pay), you will do this later. After you have set up your account with a single line, you can come back and add additional lines.

The next step is to create a Visible account (unless you already have one). Just fill out the information on the form.

Use the provided form to enter the address where you want your order shipped.

You have two options: you can keep your existing number or choose a new one. Click Yes if you want to keep your current number, or click No if you want a new one.

If you’d like to keep your current number, then you’ll need to enter the following information in the provided fields:

• your current phone number
• current carrier (i.e., the one you're dumping in favor of Visible)
• account number
• PIN or password
• billing zip code

Visible will use this information to port your current number to your new account.

If you choose to get a new number, you will enter your zip code and then be given several options.

Be aware that certain promotional deals may not apply for those who get a new number when they sign up.

Enter your payment information. Visible Wireless currently accepts payment with a credit card or PayPal.

Before you finalize your order, you’ll want to read and agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy that are linked to on the checkout page.

Click the blue Checkout button to complete your order. That’s it! You’re done.

Your Visible SIM Card (and phone if you ordered one) will arrive in the mail soon. Just follow the instructions that you receive with your package.
